Decanter centrifuge, horizontal solid bowl decanter centrifuge, separates continuously solid materials from liquids in the
suspension, or to separate two liquid phases from each other simultaneous removal of solids. Decanter centrifuges have been widely used for continuous separation of suspended solids from liquids, clarification of solids, classification of fine particles, etc.
According to the purpose of use, decanter centrifuges can be divided into the following three categories, Clarifying Decanter centrifuge, Separating Decanter Centrifuge, Classifying Decanter Centrifuge.
Application Scope:
The decanter centrifuge is suitable for solid-phase dewatering, liquid-phase clarification and separation, liquid-liquid-solid three phase separation and size-grading of various suspensions with solid-phase particle sizes of 0.005-15mm, consistency of 1-40% and temperature of ≤ 100°C, esp. for separating the suspensions whose consistency and particle size vary greatly and for which recovery of filter cloth is difficult, such as treatment of PVC resins, ammonium sulfite, barrium carbonate, strontium sulphate, lithopone,starch, diatomite, plaster, bauxite, soybean protein, peanut protein, fruit juice, drinks, vegetable oil, citric acid, powder of blood, powder of titanium white, kaolin clay and drilling mud, etc., and dewatering of washed coal and fine coal, purification of waste oil, treatment of grain stillage liquid waste and municipal sewage and mineral classification. Besides, it is suitable for waste water treatment of electric power plant sludge, printing and dyeing sludge, paper manufacture sludge.
Working Principle:
Two Phases Separation Principle:
The feed suspension is introduced through an inlet pipe into the feed zone of the conveyor where it is accelerated and directed into the interior of the bowl. The settled solids are conveyed axially towards the small end of the bowl by means of the screw conveyor, which rotates at a slightly different speed than the bowl. On the way to the discharge ports the solids are lifted out of the pond up along the dry beach. The solids are finally discharged from the bowl through the discharge ports into the collecting chamber of the casing that surrounds the bowl. From there the solids are removed by gravity through the outlet funnel. The liquid phase forming a hollow cylinder due to the centrifugal force, and flows towards the large end of the bowl. There the liquid overflows adjustable plate dams into the centrate chamber of the casing and is discharged by gravity.
Three Phases Separation Principle:
The light liquid phase is discharged into the casing through radial holes in the large end hub. The heavy liquid phase is discharged through axial holes in the large end hub. The liquid radius for the light liquid phase is smaller than the radius for the heavy liquid phase. The liquid level is controlled by plate dams. In order to prevent the light liquid phase from leaving the bowl through the heavy liquid phase outlet, a separating plate is placed on the inside of the large end hub. The heavy liquid phase has to pass under the separating plate before being discharged into the casing. The liquid radius for the heavy liquid phase is controlled by plate dams. The solids are discharged in the normal way.

1. Both of parties sign on a contract, and then the seller prepare the PI.
2. The buyer arranges the down payment.
3. The seller prepares the machines.
4. After the machine is completed, have the test & trial run.
5. Before the delivery, if the buyer requires, have the necessary inspecting.
6. As per the contract/ PI amount, the buyer balances the payment.
7. The machine is going to be shipped.
8. After the machine is received, the seller provide the buyer guidance for the installation and the debugging.
