Description: The high Speed Automatic Capsule Filling Machine NJP-800 can be widely applied to the powder, grain, tablet and pellet filling. The control panel of the machine is supplied with touch screen control (PLC) control system. All powder contact parts are in S.S. 316 qualities. The designed Max. Output of the machine is 48000capsules/hour depending upon fill weight, powder characteristic and capsule size. The main body of the machine is fabricated out of SS 304 quality plate and frame. and according to CE Certification and ISO international standard.

The fully automatic capsule filling machine has been improved the inner design turret, and imports beeling bearing for each machine from Japan directly, so that it can be sure a longer usage life and precision of the machine. The working station cam runs under the good lubricating condition, and maintains the inner lunbrication of cam slot to a full extent, increasing the pressure pulverization oil pump, thus extends the operation life of the spare parts.
