This model is a double press automatic rotary continuous tablet press developed by our factory, which can press granular raw materials into various ordinary circular shaped two-color tablets. It is mainly applicable to electronic, food, daily necessities, pharmaceutical and other industrial departments. The outer enclosure is fully closed, and the material is stainless steel, which meets the GMP standard. It is equipped with a transparent observation window, which can clearly see the working condition of the machine and can be fully opened, which is easy for internal cleaning and maintenance.
Features:
1. Meet GMP requirements. The whole shell is made of stainless steel, and the press chamber is isolated from the external environment with plexiglass, which has good sealing performance. All parts in the tablet press chamber that are in contact with the medicine meet the requirements of "non-toxic, no peculiar smell, and anti-corrosion".
2. The turntable is made of nodular cast iron QT500, pressed by solid bar material, with strong hardness, heat resistance, wear resistance and good system stability.
3. Effervescent tablet press 25mm is equipped with pressure overload protection device, once overloaded, it will automatically stop to avoid equipment damage.
4. Herbal tablet pill making press machine is equipped with a turntable for double dust suction, six suction ports up and down, with good powder removal effect and a clean surface of the turntable.
5. The transmission system is independently and modularly arranged under the main body of the machine, effectively avoiding the contamination of medicines by trace impurities caused by the friction of the machine.
6. Digital display adjustment: Filling depth and pressure adjustment are digitized, making adjustment more precise and convenient.
7. The structure is stable. The bracket part is made of cast iron, which has good stability, more than 10 years service life.
8. Low noise. The upper and lower rails are made of cast iron. The running arc and angular position of the rails are designed scientifically. The large-angle linear structure makes the mold run smoothly and has low noise.
